Do you offer Net-15 or Net-30 terms?
No. Every Servd case is paid up-front via card through Square — including for firms, corporate legal, and government accounts. We do not invoice on deferred terms (Net-15, Net-30, Net-60). Government clients pay by purchase order funded up-front or by government P-card. End-of-month statements with attorney + matter codes are available for billable pass-through.
What is your refund policy?
Single trigger: 100% refund if we don't make every attempt in your service window. No partial refunds. If we made every attempt — even if service didn't complete because of a wrong address, the defendant moved without forwarding, or other facts you supplied — no refund. Skip trace and court filing have separate policies on their service pages.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. The volume discount table is the bulk pricing — discounts apply automatically to process serving once your firm crosses each threshold (11 / 26 / 51 / 100+ cases per month). For one-time bulk batches of 50+ cases, contact us about a project rate.
How do cancellations work?
Cancel before the first attempt has been made for a full refund. Cancel after the first attempt for a 70% refund. Cancellations after completed service or delivery are not eligible for refund. Skip trace cancellations within the first hour are full-refund.
What counts as a "case" for volume discount purposes?
One named individual at one address is one case. If you have multiple defendants at the same address, each is a separate case for SOP and for volume-discount counting (we price per serve / per person). Add-ons (skip trace, court filing, recording) do not count toward the volume tier.
What jurisdictions are covered?
Active coverage in California (5 counties, 20M residents) with statewide expansion underway. Same flat price in every jurisdiction we cover. Outside our footprint we route to a vetted partner network at the same flat price; coverage is confirmed at order time.
