Is there a service-area surcharge for Rush?
Inside the dense urban cores of our coverage map, no surcharge. For destinations more than 35 miles from the nearest dispatch hub, a flat distance surcharge applies and is quoted at order confirmation.
Does Rush Courier wait at the destination?
For up to 30 minutes after arrival. If the named recipient is in chambers or out of the office briefly, the runner waits for the handoff. After 30 minutes, you choose: hold and re-attempt today (no charge), reschedule to next business day, or return the packet to your office.
Can I order Rush Courier from my phone in the middle of a hearing?
