A standard serve costs $99 in Crescent City and $99 in Chula Vista. Mileage is included up to 35 miles. No surcharges for difficult addresses or after-hours attempts.
CCP §415.20 sub-service
After three diligent attempts at different times of day, sub-service on a competent adult at the address is permitted statewide. We log diligence in real time via GPS and timestamped photos.

Do you serve every county in this state?
Yes. Our flagship counties get the deepest local benches and the published procedural playbooks, but statewide coverage means every county is in-scope at the same flat rate.
Are prices the same in every county?
Yes. Standard service is $99 nationwide — same in every state, same in every county. Rush is $159, Expedited (same-day) is $229. Mileage is included up to 35 miles. Law firms with 11+ cases/month get an automatic volume discount.
What about service of process on state agencies?
State agencies are typically served at their registered office address per the state's code of civil procedure or government code. We handle capital-city courtesy copies and Attorney General service through our nationwide courier network.
How fast is same-day service?
Same-day service is available when papers arrive before noon and the address falls within a metro where we hold an active server bench. Most same-day completions happen within 2-6 hours of dispatch.
Do you handle out-of-state defendants?
Yes. We serve in all 50 states and federal courts. For an in-state plaintiff serving an out-of-state defendant, the case stays in our system end-to-end — no third-party vendor handoff.
