The people building Servd.
A small team with deep domain experience — ten years of running a traditional process-serving business, plus engineers and designers who care about getting the procedural details right.
Wiley Crusher
Founder & CEO
Built and ran ServeAxis, a traditional California process-serving company, for the better part of a decade before rebuilding it from scratch as an AI-native platform. Holds a CA process-server registration and writes most of Servd's legal-workflow logic himself.
Maya Okonkwo
Chief Technology Officer
Previously led infrastructure engineering at a YC-backed legal tech startup. Cares deeply about systems that fail loudly, deploys that ship hourly, and AI products that admit what they cannot do.
Daniela Ortiz
Head of Operations
Ran ServeAxis dispatch for six years before the rebuild. Knows every county clerk's office in Southern California by first name. Owns server onboarding, payouts, and the SLA dashboard.
Jordan Reyes
Head of Legal
Former in-house counsel at a regional collections firm. Watches the UPL line, drafts every disclaimer, and reviews every consumer-facing change to the AI prompts. Bar number on file.
Sam Whitford
Lead Engineer
Built the agent loop and the tool registry. Owns the Preview Panel and the affidavit PDF generator. Writes Drizzle migrations on weekends for fun.
Priya Sharma
Designer
Set the Stripe-inspired visual language and the signature-mark typography pattern. Argues for one more pass on every screen and is usually right. Refuses to ship a gradient on a product page.
