Common questions.
If your situation isn't here, start a chat and we'll answer specifically.
Is Court Filing the same as service of process?
No. Service is the delivery of documents to a party; filing is the deposit of documents with the court clerk. They are sequential steps in the same case workflow.
Do you handle eFiling fees?
Yes — the eFile provider fee is passed through at cost (no markup) on top of the Court Filing fee. If the court charges a separate filing fee for the document type, that is also passed through.
What if the clerk rejects the filing?
You are notified inside the hour with the rejection reason in plain language. We hold the document, run any fixes you authorize, and refile at no additional charge inside the same case.
Can I bundle filing with service of process?
Yes — this is the most common use of Court Filing. Add it to the service-of-process case at booking and the POS auto-files the moment service is effected.
