- B2B firm onboarding sends a master service agreement via DocuSign and posts the signed PDF into Servd + Clio.
- Process server onboarding routes the W-9, IC agreement, and Code of Conduct through DocuSign in one envelope.
- Signed audit-trail PDF is auto-archived in R2 alongside the affidavit for 7-year retention.
