What if you miss my court date?

You get 100% back if we don't make every attempt in your service window. That's the trigger. We do not refund when we did make every attempt — including when service didn't complete because of facts you gave us (wrong address, wrong name, defendant moved without forwarding). We do not offer partial refunds. We do not offer Net-30 or any other deferred invoicing — every case is paid up-front via card.
